Description of Classes
Inner Strength - 45 minutes of abdominal and core, a mixture of Swiss ball and floor work and is ideal for all fitness levels.
Circuit Class - 60 minute mixture of weights and cardio for all fitness levels. lower and upper body splits to get maximum benefit from this class.
